Main responsibilities
The Production Operator within our departments will be responsible for carrying out production activities safely, efficiently and in compliance with quality standards. Will work closely with the production team to ensure production goals are achieved and company regulations are met.
The candidate must:
- Perform manufacturing activities following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
- Operate specific equipment and machinery for the chemical-pharmaceutical production process.
- Monitor and control process parameters to ensure the quality of the final product.
- Carry out visual checks and inspections to identify and report any anomalies or defects.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing activities of equipment and work area according to established procedures.
- Actively participate in team meetings and trainings to improve skills and awareness.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements in manufacturing processes.
- Daily compilation of production documents and recording of all daily activities in the department logbooks.
Technical requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent training in the chemical or pharmaceutical field and/or previous experience in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector is preferable.
- Skill in using production equipment and measurement tools.
Soft Skills
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
- Excellent ability to be flexible and adapt to the working context.
Availability to work continuous shifts is also required.
